Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain the agreement between you and Empleo Labs, Inc. (“Empleo”, “we”, “us”) when you use our AI-powered hiring platform.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, joining a workspace, or using any part of Empleo you agree to these Terms. If you use Empleo on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity and that your users will also comply with these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version and update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use Empleo after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Accounts and workspace responsibilities

Each workspace is responsible for the activity that happens under its accounts. Workspace owners control who can invite teammates and the level of access each person has. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for ensuring that any data you upload—especially candidate information—is collected with the appropriate consent.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@empleo.cloud so we can help secure it.

  • Maintain accurate account and billing information.
  • Only submit candidate data you are authorized to share.
  • Comply with all applicable employment, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws when using Empleo.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Some parts of Empleo require a paid subscription. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. Charges are due at the start of the period and are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan from the billing settings or by contacting support. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. We may suspend or terminate access if invoices remain unpaid.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Empleo. In particular, you must not reverse engineer or try to circumvent security features, send spam or unauthorized communications through the platform, or use Empleo in ways that could harm candidates, applicants, or other users.

  • No uploading malicious code, scraping, or automated attacks.
  • No discrimination or unlawful profiling of candidates.
  • No sharing of candidate data outside your authorized team without consent.

5. Service availability and support

We aim to provide at least 99.5% monthly uptime and will communicate planned maintenance in advance. If we experience an outage, we will post updates to our status page and email workspace owners. Support is available via support@empleo.cloud and we typically respond within one business day.

We may make changes to the service, including adding or removing features, but we will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during the current subscription term.

6. Termination

You may stop using Empleo at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination we will delete or return candidate data according to our Privacy Policy and any applicable law.
